Imagine being received in the sky by hundreds, even thousands, of people who have been deeply impacted by your work! This is the motivation for the volunteers of the Great Commission.

Volunteers have a passion to see the lives of unreached people transformed by the Gospel. They are highly motivated, responsible people who share an urgency with the psalmist who wrote:

Sharing opportunities

Volunteers are not necessarily intercessors. In fact, most of your sharing opportunities are in small groups or only when they meet with one person. They also do not need to travel long distances but work with the Christians around them. Jesus himself never traveled more than 100 miles from his hometown!

Simply put, volunteers seek out people to tell you about God's mighty deeds and how he is moving among the unreached.

How would volunteering impact me?

One of the key benefits is perhaps the greatest reward on earth:
the deep sense of satisfaction that comes from following the call of God in your life. You will have the opportunity to impact lives, both at home and abroad, for all eternity.

You will also have the opportunity to partner with other volunteers who share their enthusiasm to reach the lost. Volunteering is an effective way to reach the lost.
It is a free and gratifying way to be a servant of the Kingdom of God.

The Mission is Urgent

The Assembly of God Ministry of Belém - USA and its partners work to alleviate hunger and improve food supply through integrated community programs. Working with Church partners and local organizations, empower people to live healthier, more productive lives.
In needy areas, we collaborate with community members to increase access and availability of food. By helping people identify their own unique resources, knowledge and skills, our efforts create long-term agricultural strategies that will help families feed themselves while protecting the environment.
